Willie Charles Gray Biography
A Dallas native, Willie Charles Gray was a staple in the Texas soul community, playing with local bands before striking out on his own as a solo artist. His journey to him to Nashville, where he eventually began recording. One of his rare recordings included ‘Don’t Look Like Another Happy Day’, a classic recording from the heart of the early 1960s soul movement.
